Return Policy


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Upon inspection of your return, a refund may be provided excluding shipping charges. All returns must be shipped back in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, with all documentation warranty cards, cables etc. and in like new resalable condition. Customer Minded Associates, Inc. will inspect all returns and reserves the right to refuse refunds or credits on used, damaged or non-resalable items. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All shipping and handling charges including but not limited to insurance are non-refundable for all returns. In some cases, Customer Minded Associates, Inc. may provide shipping labels and can schedule the return pick up and delivery. For all returns, please notify Customer Service at the numbers listed prior to returning.


Certain products that are custom made, made to order, or ordered in high volume, are non-cancelable and non-refundable. Exchanges will be done on a case by case basis. International Shipping Terms & Conditions

International Transactions Payment Terms:
For international sales, bank wire transfer payment method is required prior to goods being shipped.
International  Shipping Terms And Conditions:
Customer Minded Associates has shipped many products to International customers over the years with much success.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product and wish to return within 14 day return period, you will be responsible for shipping the unit(s) back to us in "like new" condition.  In addition, if Customer Minded Associates, Inc. is handling the shipment on your behalf and the product(s) is/are received damaged, you will need to notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise in order for us to file shipping claims or you will be responsible for the product(s) at that point.  If you are using your own Freight Forwarder, Shipping Broker or shipping on your own account, and the product(s) is/are received damaged, you will be responsible for filing the shipping claim to get reimbursed.  In addition, if you use your own freight forwarder, you will be responsible to pay them directly for the freight charges.  Customer Minded Associates, Inc. will not make payment to your forwarder on your behalf.
International Shipping Duties And Taxes:
Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may be subject to the duties and/or taxes of the receiving country.  If any duties and/or taxes are imposed on your order, they will be due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. All taxes, duties, customs, brokerages or other applicable fees which may be incurred on your international order shipment are your responsibility.
